About Multi-Property Consolidated Dashboard
Multi-property analytics extension that consolidates data from every Cloudbeds property under your umbrella into a single commercial dashboard: RevPAR, ADR, TrevPAR, GOPPAR, pickup at D-30, D-60, D-90, on-the-books pace and cross-property benchmarks. Data is pulled from your Cloudbeds accounts once every hour, warehoused in a per-portfolio analytics store and surfaced through drag-and-drop dashboards suitable for weekly commercial reviews. Includes portfolio-level pace curves, per-property variance flags, board-ready PDF exports and per-region drilldowns. Ideal for hotel groups running five to fifty properties on Cloudbeds.
How to get started
Add to cart and place the order
Add the module to your cart and place the order. A payment link and account access instructions arrive by email.
Access your Cloudpmsbed account
Use the access link sent by email to open your Client Area. Your Cloudbeds module is ready to configure.
Connect your Cloudbeds API credentials
Enter your Cloudbeds API key under Settings → Connected Cloudbeds Account. Need help retrieving your API key? See the Cloudbeds access guide.
Configure and go live
Follow the module’s own configuration wizard. The first synchronisation with your Cloudbeds account runs within 15 minutes of activation.
