1 June 2026 Compatibility
  • Multi-Property Consolidated Dashboard: rate submission endpoint updated in line with Cloudbeds API v4.2. No user action required.
  • Multi-Property Consolidated Dashboard: added support for the Cloudbeds API minimum length-of-stay restrictions (available from Cloudbeds API v4.2 onwards).
15 May 2026 New feature
  • Guest Loyalty CRM: added a win-back campaign template. Triggered 90 days after the last Cloudbeds stay. Configurable under Guest CRM → Templates.
  • Channel Manager Sync Extension: added 6 new regional European booking platforms. Check Distribution → Channels for the refreshed list.

  • Multi-Property Consolidated Dashboard: pickup report load time improved by 60% for properties with large Cloudbeds reservation histories (over 10,000 bookings).
  • Metasearch Bidding Automator: the rate parity alert threshold is now configurable per room-type pair rather than only at the global level.
15 April 2026 Compatibility
  • All modules: updated for the Cloudbeds API v4.1 authentication changes. Every existing API key connection remains valid — no key regeneration required.

  • Launched the metasearch Bidding Module. Available in the extensions shop from $69/month. Adds automated metasearch bidding on top of your Cloudbeds rate calendar.
