How to connect your Cloudbeds account

To use a Cloudpmsbed module you'll need to provide your Cloudbeds API credentials. Here's where to find them. For a full walk-through, see the detailed tutorial.

Access your Cloudbeds account

Open your Cloudbeds system at the URL provided during onboarding. This is usually a custom URL of the form yourhotel.cloudbeds.com or the Cloudbeds cloud portal.

Open the API settings

Inside Cloudbeds, go to Settings → Integrations → API Access. Depending on your Cloudbeds plan, administrator access may be required to view this section.

Generate or copy your API key

If no API key exists yet, click "Generate new key". Copy the key and keep it somewhere safe — Cloudbeds will only display it once.

Paste it into your Cloudpmsbed Client Area

Once inside your Cloudpmsbed Client Area, go to Settings → Connected Cloudbeds Account and paste your Cloudbeds API key. The connection is tested immediately.

Client Area access — frequently asked questions

Check your spam or junk folder first. If the link hasn't arrived within ten minutes, request a new one using the same email address. Make sure you're entering exactly the same email address that appeared on your original Cloudpmsbed order.
Yes. Come back to this page, enter your email again and a fresh access link valid for 30 minutes will be dispatched immediately. Links expire for security reasons — this prevents old links from being used if your email is forwarded or compromised.
Make sure you're entering the exact email address used at checkout. If you have your order confirmation email, use that address. If you still can't get in, email us at support@cloudpmsbed.org with your order reference.
For now, each Cloudpmsbed account is tied to a single email address. If your hotel team needs multi-user access, contact support and we'll manually add authorised email addresses to your account.
Yes. Every Cloudpmsbed module connects to Cloudbeds through the official Cloudbeds API. You'll need an active Cloudbeds subscription. Cloudpmsbed does not replace Cloudbeds — it extends it.
