About Metasearch Bidding Automator
Bidding module that connects your Cloudbeds rate calendar to the leading metasearch engines, submits price feeds every fifteen minutes and adjusts commission bids in real time based on occupancy, lead time and channel margin. Includes a dedicated metasearch dashboard with click, booking and cost-per-acquisition metrics, plus per-market bid modifiers for your top-ten source countries. Full commission-based bidding supported. Feeds pass validation on submission and are compliant with the current metasearch XML specifications. Requires an approved metasearch partner account.
How to get started
Add to cart and place the order
Add the module to your cart and place the order. A payment link and account access instructions arrive by email.
Access your Cloudpmsbed account
Use the access link sent by email to open your Client Area. Your Cloudbeds module is ready to configure.
Connect your Cloudbeds API credentials
Enter your Cloudbeds API key under Settings → Connected Cloudbeds Account. Need help retrieving your API key? See the Cloudbeds access guide.
Configure and go live
Follow the module’s own configuration wizard. The first synchronisation with your Cloudbeds account runs within 15 minutes of activation.
