Digital Guest Registration Card (GDPR-compliant)

Digital registration card extension that sends every arriving guest a branded pre-arrival link, collects the mandatory police form fields (name, date of birth, nationality, passport or ID number, home address, arrival and departure dates), accepts an ID photo upload and captures a digital signature. The completed record is written back into the reservation in Cloudbeds via the official API. Compliant with police registration obligations across the United States, United Kingdom, Germany, Austria, Italy, France, Spain and Poland; per-country field templates included. Data retained for the statutory period defined by each jurisdiction, then automatically purged with an audit trail. GDPR-compliant end to end.
