About Legacy PMS Import Wizard Wizard (one-off)
One-off migration service that transfers your legacy PMS history — reservations, rate calendars, guest profiles, occupancy plans, room inventory — from any legacy hotel PMS or raw CSV export into your new Cloudbeds account. Migration runs first in a staging environment, is validated by you against an itemised mapping report, and is then replayed into production after your written go-ahead. Includes a field-mapping report, an integrity verification pass, and a seven-day rollback window in case of anomaly. One-off invoice — no monthly commitment. Typical projects complete in five to ten business days depending on data volume.
How to get started
Add to cart and place the order
Add the module to your cart and place the order. A payment link and account access instructions arrive by email.
Access your Cloudpmsbed account
Use the access link sent by email to open your Client Area. Your Cloudbeds module is ready to configure.
Connect your Cloudbeds API credentials
Enter your Cloudbeds API key under Settings → Connected Cloudbeds Account. Need help retrieving your API key? See the Cloudbeds access guide.
Configure and go live
Follow the module’s own configuration wizard. The first synchronisation with your Cloudbeds account runs within 15 minutes of activation.
