About Housekeeping & Maintenance Mobile App
Mobile app for iOS and Android that syncs live with your Cloudbeds room status board and gives housekeeping supervisors, room attendants and maintenance technicians a task-focused view of the day. Room queues update the moment a guest checks in, checks out or requests service; photo-attached maintenance tickets route to the right technician; supervisor rounds are captured with a signed checklist. Every status change writes back into Cloudbeds so the front desk always sees the truth. Includes offline mode for basement floors, a multilingual interface for international teams and a productivity dashboard that tracks minutes-per-room by attendant.
How to get started
Add to cart and place the order
Add the module to your cart and place the order. A payment link and account access instructions arrive by email.
Access your Cloudpmsbed account
Use the access link sent by email to open your Client Area. Your Cloudbeds module is ready to configure.
Connect your Cloudbeds API credentials
Enter your Cloudbeds API key under Settings → Connected Cloudbeds Account. Need help retrieving your API key? See the Cloudbeds access guide.
Configure and go live
Follow the module’s own configuration wizard. The first synchronisation with your Cloudbeds account runs within 15 minutes of activation.
